The risk management training for practitioners is aimed specifically at risk practitioners and senior managers in the public sector. The training has been developed in partnership with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) - www.theirm.org. The public courses available are:

Bob Ellison Risk Associates can also provide tailor made awareness briefings for executives, managers, staff even for non executives and members as appropriate. Briefings for executives are typically aimed at senior management team (SMT) meetings with a 20 minute slot in mind. Sessions for non executives/ members are typically around 2 hours and sessions for groups of managers and their staff are typically 2-4 hours.
